Inside Sales Account Manager
Madrid, Spain

Key responsibilities

The scope of the role will be focused on selling Dell solutions within Commercial clients/partners.  You will be working with other Dell functions including Sales Operations, Customer Care, Brand, Finance and Logistics to deliver a positive customer experience. You will:
Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions
Using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques
Create positive results for Dell, our distributors and our customers
Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information
Provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders

Essential requirements
Experience in a similar position within the IT Industry of at least 5 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and used to team work
Drive for results and to achieve sales targets
High English level
Ability to work on daily basis with customers having international point of contacts.
